Presiding over the graduation ceremonies;</p> <p>4. Awarding  academic titles, award merits and excellence titles;</p> <p>5. Attending other events or meetings when appropriate;</p> <p>6. Highest political decision Making on University's businesses;</p> <p>7. To delegate Pro Chancellor or CEO on the same responsibilities when necessary.</p> <p>8. To appoint Pro chancellor, CEO, Vice Chancellor and Deputy Vice Chancellors and Director of RWU.</p>
