- Online Theological Education — accredited and non-accredited certificate and bachelor degree programmes in Ministry and Theology, delivered via distance learning
- Academic Modules and Courses — individual subject modules and short courses available for separate enrolment and purchase
- Distance Learning Services — fully online study programmes designed for working adults, ministry workers, and lifelong learners across Southern Africa
- Student Support Services — academic guidance, registration assistance, and learner support throughout the duration of a student’s studies
All services are provided in accordance with applicable South African legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

RWUni is not currently a member of any formal industry body. We conduct our business in accordance with all applicable South African legislation and generally accepted educational practice.
7. Dispute Resolution
RWUni is committed to resolving any disputes or complaints efficiently and fairly. In the event of a dispute arising from the use of this website or any services provided by RWUni, the following process applies:
- Contact us directly — submit your complaint in writing to info@rwuni.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to resolve the matter within 10 business days.
- Escalation — if the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, it may be referred to an ombudsman or applicable regulatory authority.
- Legal proceedings — if the dispute remains unresolved, either party may refer the matter to a competent court with jurisdiction under the laws of za.
This dispute resolution process does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable legislation.
